It is extremely important that you complete and return your authorization cards immediately.  These cards are the union's weapon to fight the employer's argument that Local 784 doesn't represent the majority of employees.  We only send cards to workers who appear on payroll reports from the last three years.  And remember that some employers use payroll companies so you may not recognize the employer's name on the authorization card, but be assured that they have paid you.
